Worst Apartment Ever!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was nice and big and spacious
Cons:
The upstairs neighbor was hell, they kept banging on the ceiling and would play music loudly 24/7. They would keep complaining we were making too much noise when we literally lived under them which made no sense. Also, the landlord was irresponsible when you needed the super they would take forever to come and sometimes they would just not pick up. The bathroom had a leak every month where the water would drip from the ceiling and the light fixture. There was mold on the walls and despite telling the landlord they just painted the walls and it just comes back next month.
Advice to owner:
They need to serious fix the leaking problem and mold in the bathroom and not just mask the issue

Nice people, but rat infested
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are super nice, they don’t mind if you have kids or make a little noise. Kids play in the area outside together all the time, especially during the summer months
Cons:
There is a big rat infestation in the garbage disposal area
