Horror story
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was good. Rent was cheap
Cons:
Rats. Roaches. Hot water that was unreliable and never got hot or ran out after 3 minutes. Garbage everywhere. Managers do nothing. Owners do nothing. Some apartments had no heat. Nightmare
Advice to owner:
It is unethical to rent these apartments
