Pros

I loved being here but I moved for a reason, there aren't many pros to this complex

Cons

Management kept changing Would not take care of black mold infestation Constant leaks Little to no heat Horrible trash management

Nice rent-stabilized building in Astoria

Pros

I lived here 7 years ago, but my experience for the 6 years I lived here were essentially positive due to the responsive super and his lovely family.
