Unresponsive Management / Roaches / Leaks and more
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, good neighbors
Cons:
An online tenant portal is required to submit any work requests, these requests are all ignored. Phone calls and emails to follow up on unresolved work requests also go ignored. If you do manage to speak with a human they will dismiss your concerns, possibly become verbally abusive, and threaten you simply for trying to communicate about issues with the apartment. Worst landlord / management company I have ever experienced. The building has a roach infestation and plumbing issues that they seem to have no interest in addressing. Severely overpriced compared to other similar units in the neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new management company

Bad manager, Loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, good location, good ac/heat.
Cons:
Nick LaRosa is difficult to get in touch with and will lie to you about things regarding your lease. Do not trust the guy, know the law around the issue your approaching him with. It’s also very loud in either side because of Myrtle on one end and construction on the other.
