Old building, good neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The light was great, street generally quiet, very good neighbors. Toilet never broke
Cons:
Dry rot and leaks that were never fixed despite reporting. Tough to get a hold of management for repairs. Very old circuit breaker and not enough outlets.
