Landlord is nice, but heating and bugs are a major issue
Pros
Fadil and Enes are great and didn't raise my rent for the five years that I lived there. They replaced my full unit with stainless steel appliances when I moved in and were very reasonable people.
Cons
Every winter we would run into an issue with heating where they wouldn't turn on the boiler until January - we needed to run space heaters for several times while I was there. We also dealt with two cockroach issues + mice in the five years I lived there.
