    Roaches and rats
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The heat is off the charts.
    Cons:
    Only one boiler for the entire building. Nothing has been done about the roaches or rats in the unit.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more accessible and post signs that are proof read
