Pests, no maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlords leave you alone, completely. And laundry in unit.
Cons:
The roof has a serious leak that has not been fixed or handled in over 1 year (pictured in photos). Water damage to the master bedroom and hallway because of this problem - there’s mold.
The landlords don’t reply to emails, return phone calls, or answer mail. Are they ghosts??? Maintenance is extremely rude and they never actually fix anything. You will have to make ALL repairs yourself, even mold clean up.
I have no idea who my landlord actually is and I suspect issues with legality. This photo is NOT even the right building…. 66-10 Forest Ave is actually on Forest Ave between Gates Ave and Palmetto. It is 3 stories and was built in 1930 - not 2 stories built in 2017!!!
