The building sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood is quiet
Cons:
Building is super noisy and smells like a zoo. Poor management. Super is lazy and nosey. Building does not live up to expectations.
Advice to owner:
You should be more responsive to good paying occupants when they need your assistance. The more you continue to ignore ppl the more tenants you will keep seeing move out. There’s a reason why there’s a revolving door for ppl moving out of your property
