Pros:
Good area & schools. Close to shopping centers. Heavy Orthodox Jews community. Close to Queens College
Cons:
Buildings are old Landlord do not help with any thing Building hallway are dirty and not Sanitize properly
Advice to owner:
Don’t be tricked, the asking rent is not worth the apartments. Most buildings are bedbug infested
