Absolutely disgusting pit of despair
Former Tenant
Pros:
- It's not on fire
Cons:
- Filled with roach & mouse droppings upon arrival. Cabinets littered with mouse urine - Multiple holes in siding, cabinets, pantries - Signs of water leak; wood was very visibly stained & never replaced - The door barely opens, requires serious force - The varnish has noticeable splotches, fumes were potent - Kitchen sink has a constant leak - Mildew litters the bathroom, no amount of cleaning has been able to remove it - Paint is chipping across the entire sidings in the bathroom - Open pipe with sitting water and mildew in the bathroom - Bathroom door knob broken
Property management refuses to do anything about it
Advice to owner:
You should be ashamed of being a diamond dealer while making tenants live in absolute squalor
