Negligent Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are none
Cons:
This building is the worst building I have ever lived in. The owner of the building is beyond negligent. The piping walls etc are old and the building infested with pest. I ish this review that I'm typing now was available to me before I moved in!
Advice to owner:
The reason why minority communities fall short is because the properties within the communities are owned by people who are NOT minorities (SYSTEMIC RACISM)!!! Therefore there is a lack of understanding & overt carelessness to those who live in those neighborhoods.
