Worst place to live in queens
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to transportation
Cons:
Elevator always broke , the stairwell if filthy homeless people are sleeping in them , during months of winter there is NO HEAT AT ALL I have to buy heaters for my apartment, or boil a out of water to keep my apartment warm , the mail man leaves the mail everywhere so packages get stolen , people who don’t live here are always smoking and drinking in the lobby , the garbage is always piled up in the lobby and doesn’t get taken out leaving a horrible oder , there are rats and mice running around outside , the mice are in people’s apartments , the exterminator does not come when he is supposed to because he refuses to walk up the steps , the water gets cut off random times of the day without warning , the super of the building refuses to come and fix anything in my apartment I have broken cabinets , ceiling leaks , mold and mildew in my bathroom, the toilet handle keeps braking , and the shower numbs are always braking as well.
Advice to owner:
You really need to step it up , hire a team that is going to be serious about their job and get it done , otherwise people are going to be suing you like crazy
