Do not live here! (Monte Excelsior)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Price and apartment layout
Cons:
The buildings are dirty. The management has allowed a tenant who soils public spaces to live here for years. Several tenants who live on the same floor as this tenant were not notified that this tenant soils public spaces before they moved in. That particular floor is malodorous and several children live on that floor. The management company (BLDG) is dismissive of all complaints.
Advice to owner:
Don’t lie to your tenants and don’t be dismissive of their concerns.
