Quiet building, good neighbors, but it has a lot to improve
Former Tenant
Pros:
The laundry is in this building
Cons:
Sometimes they took too much time to fix problems (we had almost 1 1/2 months with the garbage duct broken)

If you want to smell weed all day move right in.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area is safe.
Cons:
People hanging on roof smoking marijuana, tenants smoking marijuana inside apartments and smoke going into Non-smokers. Garbage piled to the top like you see in the photo every other day. Dog owners not cleaning up after their dogs in the area. Elevators and apartments in need of repair. Wood floors are not sanded when forest moving in they just throw a coat of poly that chips. Laundry rooms are disgustingly dirty with caked on detergent on the top of each machine and a thick layer of dust all around. The dog run that’s behind the property as well as the playground looks like you need a Tetanus shot after using them. I see people who move in move out right away because of the conditions I’ve mentioned.
Advice to owner:
Please show a little more effort in the maintenance of your properties. Address complaints instead of blowing them off.
