Pros:
Apts are very spacious compared to others. Great big closets and a boiler closet (which can also be used as storage) price is great for size. No kids in the building
Laundry is downstairs very convenient
Cons:
*In the winter it gets very cold and in the summer very hot (sometimes it’s cooler outside)tenant controls the heat /AC so con Ed bill can get expensive if you are not careful. If you are facing the direction of the train , and have the balcony door open the train is very loud (can’t hear the tv when train is passing ) . Construction was being done before and it was very loud even with the balcony door and windows closed (they are not very sound proof) construction will soon start next door
