Great neighborhood. Awful owner.

Pros

- Fairly new building - Clean - Dishwasher - Renters are mostly new families

Cons

- No in-building washer/dryer - Owner is deceitful and rude

Advice to the owners

Stop scamming people out of their deposit money. I left my apartment spotless the way I rented it, and yet owner claims that he had to hire professional cleaner and contractors to deal with holes I left behind, all of which are untrue. Thankfully I took photos and recordings of the apartment before I left, but even after sending these proof over owner would not budge from cutting $400 out of my deposit and instead started to cuss me out. When renters reach out about any issues, be professional and avoid cussing them out or even raising your voice.
