Poorly installed kitchen and balcony
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good light, quiet street.
Cons:
Refrigerator door stays open. Entrance to balcony is poorly sealed and leaks, as does the AC opening. Lots of bugs.
Advice to owner:
Have cabinets and balcony reinstalled, replace fridge.
