Landlord sucks, building is good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance, comfortable, quiet neighbors
Cons:
Landlord, view, Heat is too much
Advice to owner:
Negotiate rent with your tenants who have been there for a year instead of raising the rent just because you’re allowed to by law.

Worst apartment in Queens
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment comes with one parking spot
Cons:
The granddaughter of the landlord lives in the building & she is beyond rude, dirty, and truly makes living there difficult. Nothing in any apartment in this building has been updated since 1980. Each apartment is ridiculously overpriced. Huge roach problem.
Advice to owner:
Lower rent or update apartments. Do not let your granddaughter chase away tenants when she does not pay a penny for rent herself.
