Where is the owner???
Former Tenant
Pros:
Smaller building relative to other apartment buildings and outdoor space is a plus
Cons:
The landlord/owner and the realty management company - they are useless and are unable to be reached, if you have any problem with your apt that needed fixing or maintenance and the owner needs to arrange, you will most likely not get it!
Advice to owner:
DO SOMETHING! Let your tenants reach out to you with questions...stop hiding behind the Super of the building! DO SOMETHING!
