Going Downhill
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to major parkways/highways.
Cons:
The building was sold a couple years ago and a new management company took over. There was a community space tenants could reserve to have private parties in the basement, the new owners don’t allow tenants the use of it any longer, I think the Super of the building is using it for his private storage now. The Super is rude and doesn’t know how to properly communicate with people. The driers in the laundry room don’t work properly.
Advice to owner:
This is supposed to be a “luxury building”, nothing luxury about it.
