Pretty good, just a little far from main nyc though
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighborhood, no one bothers you, mostly familys and working individuals, not many single young folks. In my five/six years of living there I’ve seen maybe one little roach and only like 2 mice which is amazing for nyc living
Cons:
So far from everything, the lirr is expensive and doesn’t run on an accessible schedule at the locust manor stop which is stop closest to this address. If you have a car you’ll be good here.
