Horrible Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the public transportion, A train is close by and there are a few buses close by as well.
Cons:
There garbage is hardly ever taken out, there’s mice in the walls sometimes and you can hear them. Roaches all over the building and they invade your apartment. Neighbors are loud and there’s domestic disputes constantly. Neighbors play loud music constantly. The front door is broken most of the time so your safety is at risk because anyone can get in the building. When the door does work it requires a key fob to get in but people break it on purpose so they can come and go. Pretty sure there are people in here prostituting and selling drugs so that’s why. I can’t wait to move from here its horrible.
Advice to owner:
Pay more attention to your workers because they hardly do their job. Get better extermination in the building. And keep the building cleaner.
