Kew Garden’s tallest building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Centrally located for every type of transport, buses, subways, LIRR, and highways. Tons of amenities in the area.
Cons:
Lack of street parking. Parking garages are expensive. Pests in the building since construction started in the summer 2020. Neighbors below and above are loud. Pipes leak and management is slow to respond to repairs unless you constantly harass them.
Advice to owner:
Be better and train your employees not to have an attitude in the office when you are expressing concerns with possible solutions to help or compromise.
