Great Condo Building - Beware which owner you rent from
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a very well maintained building The super is great and cleans every day to make it sparkling clean The units are gorgeous and large with good appliances
Cons:
the unit owner we rented from wasn’t great. he didn’t give us our full security deposit back and never did a walk through and had photos of “damages” the unit owner tried to raise the rent on us during pandemic The building is on 21st street which is super loud and you hear all the sirens and traffic even at night while you sleep. The building is far from the train
Advice to owner:
Property owners of the building were nothing for nice. They helped us more than the unit owner
