Beautiful Building. Amazing location. Annoying LIRR.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything is well maintained. Apartments are beautifully designed. Large windows. BIG CLOSETS! AC units.
Cons:
LIRR shakes the building and it can be annoying now even more with the opening of the Grand Central station and more trains being added. This is for the apartments that face the tracks not sure about the ones that face Austin st.
