Just getting started in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
The 7 train is only a 5 minute walk and you are surrounded by markets, restaurants and small shops.

The building has a gym on the 7th floor and my apartment is large with central air.
Cons:
During the day and weekends the sidewalks are jammed packed with vendors and people that you are bumping into others every few feet.

We have a garage in the building but it is so booked that 4 months later and there is still no vacancy for my car.
Advice to owner:
My landlord is amazing! They take care of any issues and are so kind. Could not ask for a better person
