An ok building to live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some nice neighbors, access to restaurants and groceries, reasonable maintenance fee, live-in supers who are responsive and helpful, general cleanliness, reliable water/heat system (usually no issue)
Cons:
Some inconsiderate neighbors (noise and inappropriate trash disposal), occasional package thieves, thin walls between floors (noisy when tenants do not have any carpet), weak enforcement of carpeting rule, not allowed to sublet (but apparently some people still sublet), roaches (depending on your neighbors), management is not quite responsive
