Uncomfortable, Iresponsible, and Harrassment

Pros:
Unfortunately myself, the previous tenants, and the current tenant have not experienced anything positive in our times of renting here.
Cons:
• Constant harassment by the owner, his wife, and family.
• Constant yelling.
• Racially profiling tenants
• Throughout every tenants time of living here, they’ve all been harassed about the same things. They’ve been harassed about paying things for the owner.
• Water and heat are included in the rent, yet the owner forces you to pay the heat bill for him and tries to force the tenants to pay his water bill when it is included in the rent and written on the lease.
• Makes tenants pay for parking space but does not allow them to park their car there.
• Tries to trespass into the apartment you are renting with no prior notice.
• Knocks at your door, rings your doorbell, calls you, and texts you at the most inappropriate hours (after 8pm until 5am).
•Yells at tenants when walk up the steps and harasses every individual.
• If you have company over for a holiday (1-3 people), they harass those individuals and attempt to interrogate them and accuse them of invalid and untrue things.
• Will threaten and attempt to kick you out (not evict because they are afraid of the government as they say) when the lease says you are promised another or several years lease.
• Myself, current other tenants, and previous tenants have all came to agreement that this has been the worst experience of their renting time in all homes they’ve rented from.
• Apartment was not renovated since they bought this building around seven years ago. There were money issues throughout the apartments. The landlord promised to fix all the issues but does not. It is in terrible shape.
• Will stand outside your door preventing you from leaving.
