Good building horrible management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, big apartments.
Cons:
Management company is really slow and disorganized. It’s always a fight with them and you need to follow up several times.
Advice to owner:
Make sure you read well the contract, heated is not included and they don’t tell you that.

Spacious Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
HUGE Apartment, walls are solid and very soundproof, good closet space, huge full kitchens, nice rooftop, amazing super, parking available, quiet building. I loved living here
Cons:
If your windows are facing 21st street, the traffic can be noisy. The owners let go of the general aesthetics of the building, but there is a new management company now so things may be better.
Advice to owner:
For a 2500 apartment, the aesthetics of the hallways, gym, and common spaces should be better

New building in industrial area with run-down rooftop
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice fixtures in apartment. Clean hallways.
Cons:
The rooftop has been run down and hasnt been fixed by management. Almost None of the roof lights work and they’re torn out of the ground. Plus one bbq grill doesn’t seem to work.
Also the fitness room doesn’t have any weights which seems silly. But I also don’t know if or when they clean it.
Advice to owner:
Fix the rooftop
