First NYC apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:

Cons:

Building poorly designed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Overall the building was well kept, and maintenance staff was very responsive.
Cons:
Management were terrible at responding, and treated the workers like crap. The building was poorly designed, so the whole building had air leakage. It very difficult to keep the apartments cool during the summer.
Advice to owner:
Stop worrying about money and taking advantage of people, and start taking care of the people that keep building operational. Fire your management team.
