Pros:
Live-in super does a good job with things, apartment is spacious for the price
Cons:
The laundry machines in the basement were not great

Maintenance workers are super nice and helpful; laundry in building; generally clean
Cons:
Building management doesn’t do a good job communicating to tenants or following up when called about issues
