Avoid this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The superintendent and handyman are super nice, and willing to help.
Cons:
Cockroaches are everywhere, the building management company does nothing to eliminate pests. They never address this issue, never reply your email. If you call, they will ask you to go to super.
Advice to owner:
Need better pest control
