Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 50-09 2 Street, Queens praise its convenient location near the waterfront park and supermarket. Tenants appreciate the well-managed cleanliness, garbage disposal, and pest control. However, noise from thin walls and neighbor disturbances is a common concern. Some highlight the spacious apartments and excellent gym but note the lack of central AC and cheap finishes. Responsive management and amenities like the gym and rooftop view are positive aspects. Overall, it's recommended for those seeking a clean and spacious living space with some noise considerations.

Great location and amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the convenience. 1 block away from the waterfront park and supermarket
Cons:
You can sometimes hear the neighbors if they are shouting. It’s subtle but not completely sound proof.
