Renter beware of this nightmare

Parking not so bad
Cons
Terrible tenants downstairs. Alcohol and drugs, loud music, loud tv, always fighting. Landlord doesn’t care. I’ve got children. This has been the worst experience of our lives.
Advice to the owners
Remove the danger downstairs before you rent to people with children. Alcoholic and drug addicts downstairs on the first floor. There is also a guy running a business out of the basement and they are loading and unloading boxes all day.
