- Decent Rooftop: Open all day and night, and the Manhattan skyline view is really something.
- Subway Accessibility: The subway is right there, making the commute a breeze.
- Smart Elevators: I rarely have to wait; they just seem to be there when you need them.
- Super Lives Here: The super actually lives in the building, which means issues get sorted out pretty quickly.
- Quick Fixes: Maintenance staff are on the ball and get things done fast.
- Room to Breathe: The apartments are pretty spacious for what you pay.
- Trustworthy Neighbors: No worries about someone swiping your packages.
- High-Tech Security: Virtual doorman app for remote door access make it feel convenient.
- Uber's a Cinch: Usually shows up in less than 2 minutes, so you're not left waiting.

Locarion is very convenient, decent building.

The super does a great job cleaning common areas but some neighbors do not pick up after themselves.
Great roof deck. Storage units cost extra but are huge.
