Nice apartments, shades and ac unit is limited
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very responsive in fixing things, walls are well insulated to prevent hearing noise from neighbors and the building staff is lovely
Cons:
Elevator wait is long, the wall unit does not heat or cool the room well, the blinds are old school and don't prevent light at all. The issue is you can't install your own blinds as you are not allowed to drill into the metal of the window frame and you can't drill into the ceiling. The windows are too wide for pressure rods. Ivan the leasing manager can't be trusted and goes back on his word all the time (I am saying this having living in two different units and saw peoples interactions with him for two other units).
Advice to owner:
Use newer blinds that roll and blackout light.

Basic luxury building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Basic luxury building. Doorman/package handling. Clean laundry room for units without laundry in unit. Doesn’t have perks other TFC buildings nearby has like a rooftop or private courtyard. Expect to pay luxury prices. No pests thankfully
Cons:
Cold water not cold in the morning just room temp. Building issue
Advice to owner:
Fix water temperature issue

Former Tenant

The building staff are very nice. Maintenance is really quite fast. Modern interior.

Only bad thing is probably that it's about a 10 min walking distance to the nearest subway station,
