Beware of bad management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to CTown Market and Astoria park. Covered balcony.
Cons:
Unresponsive management company and super. Nothing gets fixed unless you push the limits. Repairs are often done late and rushed. Lack of cleanliness in the building.
Advice to owner:
Fix the building. Clean the building. Since Wavecrest Management took the property, it is falling apart and needs care.
