Good experience overall.

Pros:
Very clean, modern, and well organized. Repairs done promptly and professionally.
Cons:
Rowdy and noisy neighbors.
Advice to owner:
Try to enforce house rule infractions such as loud tvs and smoking.

Value Property Near the Water

Pros:
Rent is a good value for this area (and the growth it has experienced over the years)
Close to the ferry and waterfront. Nice walk to Astoria Park.
Quiet and safe neighborhood.
Cons:
Rooftop is grange and needs an overhaul.
Gym needs upgraded equipment.
Advice to owner:
INVEST in the property.

Clean, pet friendly, laundry in unit is huge plus
Cons:
Neighbors can be loud by slamming doors, there have been issues with the elevators not working quite frequently.

They keep it clean. Usually the work orders are taken care of within a week.
Cons:
The gym never got cleaning wipes. Had both neighbours be extremely loud, one with music at night and one with over 5 alarms starting around 5am and not stopping until 7isham. The management was very slow to get in contact with the offenders and never got to make them stop. Had to move out. So if you don’t mind being able to hear rude neighbours… go ahead.
Advice to owner:
Set fees for those who are tresspassing over their neighbours rights.
