Perfect for a family
Former Tenant
Pros:
3 bed room 2 bath , parking on site for additional fee, balcony, private laundry in basement . Super on site and is very attentive and responsive. Stainless steel appliances, new finishes, clean. Great lighting.
Cons:
2 break ins, in the basement in one year. Tenants would not keep door locked. Luckily cameras on site and police found one intruder.
Bridge close to building is sketchy and attracts shady people.

Super removes all trash for sanitation pickups twice a week but tenants do not discard trash properly which attracts rats ( the size of a cat) . Garbage shed is rat infested. Couldn’t throw out garbage without being afraid one would jump out of trash can which, they often did.
