Rose is a slum lord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was easy to get into and small which I preferred. Also I lived in a three bedroom that cost 2600 and paid 800 for my room.
Cons:
The building door was often unlocked and didn’t have an automatic lock. There’s mice. The landlord doesn’t care and uses her brother to make repairs and set traps as opposed to someone who is licensed.
Advice to owner:
It’s clear you have no idea what you’re doing. Hire a maintenance person and exterminator. Take an interest in the property. Give tenants and sub tenants a heads up when you’re showing people the apartment. If you can’t do any of these things you have no business being a landlord.
