Location + price = best part of my LIC experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
New appliances (including dishwasher), individual AC units in 2 rooms and living room, washer/dryer on every floor, mailroom is secured and neighbors are trustworthy, management is very responsive and friendly
Cons:
No storage space (no closet in main living area and bedrooms only have armoires, no real built-in closets in the entire apartment), washer/dryer room are not cleaned frequently enough, water takes a long time to heat up (but stays warm once either bathroom uses enough hot water), rent is only payable by physical check

Affordable clean apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was really nice. Management office is always responsive. Super cleans the building everyday. Close to 3 train stations with over 7 lines.
Cons:
The heating is not included. We paid over 200$ in the winter in utility bills.

Sucks that they actually tried
Former Tenant
Pros:
1. Location is great. The train is only a few mins away. 2. Management actually tries and they are friendly!
Cons:
1. Pest issue.. never seen so many pest problem in a new building before and I live up top. 2. Everything else is mediocre. The finishing of the apartment is bad, they are gaps on the floor. 3. No amenities and wouldn’t even open up patio to public.
