Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The top units have private rooftop access with a nice view.
Cons:
-Lots of mold.
-Unresponsive landlord.
-Extreme water leaks.
-Unprofessional and inexperienced maintenance team.
-Loud, inconsiderate neighbors.
-Rundown and dirty building.
Advice to owner:
Actually fix the water leaks instead of putting a bandaid on the issue. Respond to tenant calls and emails. Hire professionals to perform maintenance tasks.

Slumlord, Mold & Prostitutes
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no pros. Do not rent here.
Cons:
- Extensive & pervasive mold problem due to poorly installed windows & roof (landlord "fixes" these issues by painting over the mold)
- Active leaks when it rains
- Silverfish and House centipede infestation due to moist conditions in the building
- Landlord will ignore you and do nothing to fix your problems
- Active prostitution ring operates out of Apt 1, random men will continually come to buzz Apt 1, arriving at 30 minute intervals. Landlord is aware of this and does nothing.
Advice to owner:
Follow the law

Landlord is not responsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is nice, sure. Tons of issues though.
Cons:
Landlord is a total slumlord and does the bare minimum

Former Tenant
Pros:
Location to public transportation
Cons:
The 70 year old super/repairman.
Just felt bad making any repair requests because the landlord is too cheap to hire anyone else

So don’t expect things to get fixed quickly

Landlord is currently in court with prior tenant for repairs.
Advice to owner:
Fix the mold and water leaks
Let tenants know about bedbugs when it happens.
Lead paint warning.
