Not the best place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s an okay building
Cons:
Infested with roaches and mice, there was a bedbug problem. Terrible neighbors that play loud music late at night and steal your mail. Elevator is repeatedly breaking down and machines in laundry room have not been replaced.
Advice to owner:
Have better cleaning policies and actually use the cameras to catch whoever is stealing mail. Have better fumigation services
