Amazing small building in between LIC and Astoria
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is usually very responsive to requests. Each apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer hookup and most units have private outdoor space as well. The super is incredibly friendly and helpful, and most residents are friendly and responsible.
Cons:
The building used to have a part-time doorman who was never brought back after COVID. Minimal pest issues which the super was incredibly responsive to but the management company was not.
