The building has design issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to M/R/E trains
A lot of great restaurants, and groceries nearby.
Cons:
The cooler can't really get the temperature down in the summer, it's not working.
I don't know why but they are not using the chute in the trash room, so we have to leave trash in there, but they collect trash a couple of times a day.
The boiler room on the rooftop makes an extremely loud noise and affects more than half of the units on the 7th floor. The noise happens roughly from September to May, every 1.5 hours with an extremely loud sound during the day and night. It's not fixable so don't move here.
