Good area to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
We like this building because of the area. Is 20 mins to Garden City and the mall and also 15 mins to Queens. 10 mins to the LIRR and available parking around the building.
Cons:
Some days the heat is too high and it can’t be control. Only the Super of the building have access to regulate the boiler.
Advice to owner:
Setup a adicional cost for tenants who has big pets on second floors and also let them know they will have to cover 85 percent of floor carpet if they moved to a second floor otherwise they will have to be charge more.
