great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amenity filled building (gym, doorman, elevator, roof access and more; amazing super!; clean;
Cons:
Outside of city, little far from main LIC restaurants but still close to other great spots. The access to outdoor spaces can sometimes be limited which is frustrating but not the worst thing!
Advice to owner:

Clean, beautiful apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean. I spent 3 years here and never saw a single roach. The doorman are very kind and helpful. The gym is great. The apartments are beautiful.
Cons:
Management is very difficult to hear back from. They always seem to be out of office. Don’t answer your emails or calls. Heating is via central air system, and costs a LOT on the electric bill during the winter.
Advice to owner:
Never use those Amex gift cards again for any deal. Become more reachable via call/email.
