Terribly managed and not all that it seems
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a smaller building among the many larger ones in LIC. Most people are quiet but you do have some loud and disruptive neighbors.
Cons:
Maintenance and the building manager does not listen to complaints at all. Trash in hallway? They don't care. Laundry or A/C broken? Too bad. Also has double standards for certain tenants they are friends with. Tons of issues with the building like the front door being broken and the elevators stopped working intermittently. With so many options in NYC you should not have to pay a broker's fee to live here. It might look nice but the building manager does nothing if you complain.
Advice to owner:
Fire your building supervisor/manager

great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amenity filled building (gym, doorman, elevator, roof access and more; amazing super!; clean;
Cons:
Outside of city, little far from main LIC restaurants but still close to other great spots. The access to outdoor spaces can sometimes be limited which is frustrating but not the worst thing!
Advice to owner:

Clean, beautiful apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean. I spent 3 years here and never saw a single roach. The doorman are very kind and helpful. The gym is great. The apartments are beautiful.
Cons:
Management is very difficult to hear back from. They always seem to be out of office. Don’t answer your emails or calls. Heating is via central air system, and costs a LOT on the electric bill during the winter.
Advice to owner:
Never use those Amex gift cards again for any deal. Become more reachable via call/email.

Average experience for what is sold as a luxury building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, nice amenities, responsive, nice bathroom, and close to the subway
Cons:
Appliances constantly have issues, unreliable doorman, and very small closets
Advice to owner:
Spend more on new appliances that don’t break
