Amazing management! Clean and lovely

Pros

Management is great. The Super is wonderful. And in my personal experience, it’s pest-free! Close proximity to Astoria Park as well as restaurants and shops. I’d highly recommend living here.

Cons

There are four washing machines in the basement, but only two dryers. Heating prices on the winter seem quite high.

Advice to the owners

I’d recommend adding two additional dryers so it’s 1:1 for washers and dryers.
