Loved LIC apartment building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super and staff were truly awesome. The layouts were good. Pet free building
Cons:
There wasn’t a lot of things around there but the train and bus were right outside.

Decent building, management is a nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
Overall clean, minimal noise despite proximity to the station and cresent street. Really friendly doorman
Cons:
Good luck getting your deposit back

Ask about construction before renting
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments; super convenient to subways; maintenance very responsive
Cons:
Extremely loud facade construction (unlivable at times) which was not disclosed when renting; can kinda hear the subway from the apartment; extraordinarily dismissive and delayed responsiveness from the management company (Ciampa); drains clog frequently
Advice to owner:
Respond to your renters; at least pretend you like your jobs

Don’t do it !!! It’s construction hell !!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely door staff and lovely cleaning people and maintenance.
Cons:
Everything else about this building is a joke !!! The prices we pay to now be faced with a year of excessively loud construction to the outside of the building. Literally performing unsafe construction on unsafe scaffolding. It feels like they truly do not care about their tenants safety. Why does a 4 year old building need facade reconstruction!!! Avoid them at all costs !!!!
Advice to owner:
Learn to listen to tenants and actually be present for issue. Also start communicating in a timely manner . A lot of us living here feel ignored with our concerns.
